Up for sale today at Online Auto Connection is this extremely well preserved restored 1938 Buick Trunk Back. This Buick has been owned by the same person for the last 32 years!!! during that time it was kept in his private museum and used for personal pleasure as well as weddings and special occasions. This Buick is equipped with the original Dynaflash Straight 8 that has been gone through and runs like a top. The three speed transmission also shifts very smoothly and works perfectly. The exterior of this Buick has a had a older but well preserved restoration and is finished in its original black paint that still shines like new. Please keep in mind that this is an older but well preserved restoration and there is some minor paint imperfections. The minor imperfections are all shown in the pictures, however please feel free to call or email to verify with us if needed before bidding or making us an offer. The interior of this Trunk back is also restored to original specs and very well kept with all gauges still working properly. We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.

Payment Terms:

The successful high bidder will submit a 10% non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Any problems, issues or claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or receipt of vehicle. Please be advised that you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle, which has been previously driven and has been subjected to normal wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. We attempt to recondition all vehicles prior to offering them for sale. We describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, however there is no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections. Since this is a pre-owned vehicle, we may or may not have all keys, books, floor mats etc... If you are expecting a pre-owned vehicle to be absolutely perfect please do not bid!

Cash (in person), certified Cashiers check, bank transfers, Money Order or 3rd-party financing.

Fees and Taxes:

All buyers will pay a $249.00 Dealer Fee. The Dealer Conveyance fee applies to all retail sales regardless of the buyers State of Residence. New York State buyers will be charged the appropriate County tax according to there tax rates. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
