This Original California '55 Ford was finished in Raven Black and golden rod yellow straight from the dealer and is a extremely well preserved restoration all of the chrome, trim and paint on this beauty shows well. This Sunliner is equipped with the original ever popular 292 Thunderbird V8 and an automatic transmission. The interior is also original and finished in black and yellow leather. For a 1955 Sunliner this is the highest optioned of all some of these desired options are an original am radio upgraded to a am/fm, rear antenna, hockey stick rocker moldings, dual mirrors, factory continental kit, power convertible top, dual exhaust and the 6 volt system has been upgraded to a 12 volt. We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a 10% non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Any problems, issues or
claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or
receipt of vehicle.
Please be advised that you are bidding on a pre-owned vehicle,
which has been previously driven and has been subjected to normal
wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. We attempt to
recondition all vehicles prior to offering them for sale. We
describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, however there is
no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections.
Since this is a pre-owned vehicle, we may or may not have all
keys, books, floor mats etc... If you are expecting a pre-owned
vehicle to be absolutely perfect please do not bid!
Payment Methods:
Cash (in person), certified Cashiers check, bank transfers,
Money Order or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
All buyers will pay a $249.00 Dealer Fee.
The Dealer Conveyance fee applies to all retail sales regardless of the buyers State of Residence.
New York State buyers will be charged the appropriate
County tax according to there tax rates. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
