Terms of Sale Overview
We reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a 10% non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the
part(s).
Please be advised that you are bidding on a used part,
which has been previously used and has been subjected to normal
wear and tear, both cosmetically and mechanically. We attempt to
recondition all parts prior to offering them for sale. We
describe all parts as accurately as possible, however there is
no possible way to include all minute details and imperfections. If you are expecting a
used part to be absolutely perfect please do not bid!

Cash (in person), certified Cashiers check, bank transfers,
Money Order or 3rd-party financing.
